In this video we'll walk you through how to login to your child's password protected gallery as well as how to place your order.


FAQs

Q: what is the password to access my child's gallery of images?

A: the password is your child's birthday in two digit format MMDDYY followed by the first initial of their LEGAL first name.

For example, if your daughter Ava, was born on January 3, 2008 her password would be 010308a

Remember the first initial will be from your child's legal first name that you used when registering him/her for school.

 

Q: what should I do if the photos in the gallery I have access to are not of my child?

A: oops, we work very hard to make sure all the pictures end up in the right place, but if yours did not, please contact us at help@aomephotography.com right away so we can fix it.

 

Q: what if grandparents or another family member want to order pictures?

A:  not a problem, you can share the link and password with them so they can order separately.

 

Q: I have more than one child I'm ordering for, do I need to pay for each order separately?

A: No, here's what you do: once you are finished adding the items to your shopping cart for the for the first child, go back to the search page and enter in the password for your second child. When the gallery page pops up for your second child, you should see the shopping cart has the items you just added for your first child.

 

Q: what should I do if I don't like any of the photos in my child's gallery?

A: your school has a scheduled makeup/retake day. Please contact them to have your child put on the list.

 

Q: do I have to create an account on the website to place an order?

A: no, you do not. However, if you have an account you can log back in at any time to see your order details.

 

Q:  how will I receive the high resolution image that I purchased?

A:  all high resolution images are available to be downloaded directly to your computer after your payment is processed.

 

Q: I didn't download my image, now what do I do?

A:  no problem. You can also find a link to download your images in your order confirmation email.

Or if you have set up an account you can sign back in to your account to view your past orders and download your photo.

 

Downloads are only available for 30 days after purchase.
